Peshali Kularathne

Peshali Kularathne currently serves as an Executive in People & Culture at Tech One Global Ltd since November 2023. Prior to this role, Peshali worked as a Human Resources Executive at Lexicon Tech from July 2020 to October 2023, managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. This followed an experience as a Trainee Human Resources Executive at Abans Group Sri Lanka, where responsibilities included documentation for offboarding, industrial relations coordination, and organizing employee engagement events. Peshali's career began with an internship at Brandix in 2017. Academically, Peshali is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business & Organizational Psychology at the Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology, along with several qualifications in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the National Institute of Business Management.
