Insaaf Manuel

Insaaf Manuel has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Prior to founding Clay Intimates in 2021, they worked as a Founder Alumni at Tech Open Air, where they participated in a community of business mentors. Before that, they worked as a freelance writer on Upwork, focusing on storytelling and human experiences. Insaaf also fulfilled their childhood dream of becoming a cabin crew member at Qatar Airways, allowing their to travel the world and immerse herself in different cultures. Insaaf has also held positions as a Records Information Manager at Metrofile, a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Virgin Active South Africa, and a Copywriter at Groupon.

Insaaf Manuel received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of the Western Cape, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In 2009 to 2010, they also attended the College of Cape Town, where they pursued English Language and Literature. Additionally, Insaaf obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction from The TEFL Academy - Leading EFL Teacher Trainer Provider, with a duration of study from 2019 to 2020.
