Nadja Degen

Nadja Degen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nadja worked as a Partnerships Manager at Tech Open Air, where they facilitated connections between thought-leaders and attendees in the tech field. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Assistant at HPC Group, which is the international family office of SAP founder Prof. Dr. Hasso Plattner. Nadja also held the position of Manager Foundation Operations at Hasso Plattner Stiftung.

In addition, Nadja worked as a Partnerships & Strategy Coordinator at enpact e.V., where they played a crucial role in coordinating partnerships and developing strategies. As a Fundraising & Development Coordinator at Apples and Snakes, they gained hands-on fundraising and organizational development experience, supported by the Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy Fellowship.
