Arjun Shankar

Arjun Shankar began their work experience in 2012 as an In-Plant Trainee at Larsen & Toubro. Arjun then worked as an In-Plant Trainee at MM Forgings Limited in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Industrial Engineer at TECH PLAASTIC INDUSTRIE Pvt Ltd, where they introduced quality checks and improved scheduling and production systems. In 2015, they interned as a Production Control Intern at SanDisk, where they implemented a Kanban based inventory system and increased overall productivity. From 2016 to 2019, Arjun worked as an Analyst at Fortera.co, and then moved on to work at Vue.ai, initially as a Customer Engagement Manager and later as a Senior Customer Engagement Manager. Arjun is currently working as a Director of Sales & Marketing at Tech Plaastic Industrie Pvt Ltd, starting in 2023.

Arjun Shankar completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Arjun also attended Padma Seshadri Bhala Bhavan Sr Sec School from 1995 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Business Analytics Capstone, Business Analytics Specialization, Accounting Analytics, People Analytics, Operations Analytics, Customer Analytics, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. These certifications were obtained from different institutions such as Coursera and the International Six Sigma Institute.
