Cyril Morcrette

Cyril Morcrette is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a member of the content committee at Tech.Rocks since January 2023, Cyril previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Papernest from May 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included managing technical teams in Paris, Barcelona, and Warsaw, implementing new technical organizations and SaaS products, and driving strategic initiatives in data engineering and security. Cyril's prior roles include CTO at Mappy, focusing on complex geographic solutions, and at Lagardère Active, overseeing Web and Mobile activities. Cyril began a career in technology at Newsweb, managing various media projects. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an engineering diploma from EPITA, specializing in Systems and Networks.
