Sabika Rizvi

Sabika Rizvi is a Human Resources Executive at Tech Scale, where they recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates while overseeing personnel records and developing onboarding materials. Previously, Sabika worked as an Associate Researcher at the Center of Strategic Research, Evaluation & Development and as a Human Resources Trainee at Programmers Force, among other roles. Sabika holds an M.Phil in Social Science and Humanities from the University of Management and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies from Lahore College for Women University.
