Adam DuQuette

Adam DuQuette has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. Adam is currently working as a Developer Learning Engineer at Tech Soft 3D, a role that started in August 2019. Prior to this, Adam was a Co-Founder and Organizer of BendJS, a community-driven organization focused on JavaScript programming languages. Adam held this role from November 2017 to March 2020.

Adam also worked as a DevStation Lead Instructor at Central Oregon Community College from June 2018 to July 2019. In this role, they facilitated curriculum, provided mentoring and career coaching to students, managed a Teaching Assistant staff, planned community events, and taught various technologies such as HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, and React/Redux.

Before their time at Central Oregon Community College, Adam worked as a Data Analyst Contractor and Data Systems Developer at Real Time Research from June 2018 to December 2018, and from July 2017 to June 2018, respectively. In these roles, they performed data organization and analysis tasks, generated reports, and conducted statistical analysis.

Adam also has experience as an Instructor at Oregon State University-Cascades, where they taught a course on the functional organization and operation of digital computers for a brief period in 2018. Additionally, they were a Principal Employee Member and Secretary at Oregon Apprenti JATC from March 2017 to April 2018.

Adam began their career as a Software Developer at North Sails One Design. In this role, they developed large-scale software using MFC and .NET, communicated with international customers, and promoted best practices in software development. Adam held this position from April 2015 to March 2017.

Adam DuQuette earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University-Cascades, starting in 2014 and graduating in 2017.
