Rafael Avalos

Rafael Avalos is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network and database administration, spanning from 1992 to the present. Currently serving as a Software and Hardware Specialist at Techspray since August 2004, Rafael's responsibilities include network administration, Windows Server administration, database management, software development, and support for Navision ERP and help desk operations. Prior to that, Rafael worked at Hanesbrands Inc. as a Network Administrator from January 1998 to August 2004, where similar roles were undertaken. Rafael began the career as an Assistant Professor at Havana University from September 1992 to September 1995, focusing on computer science education. Academically, Rafael holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Costa Rica Technologic Institute and a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Havana.
