Aaron Knowles

Aaron Knowles possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and security sectors. Currently serving as a Telephony Engineer at Tech USA Government Solutions, LLC since May 2008, Aaron specializes in installing telephones, troubleshooting communication systems, and setting up mobile devices such as Blackberries. Prior to this role, Aaron worked as a Security Monitor at USIS, overseeing uncleared personnel in government buildings, and served as a Transportation Security Officer with TSA, ensuring the safety of passengers and baggage. Aaron earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2013 and 2017.
