Jerod Schoenthaler has worked in the recruitment and hospitality industries since 2016. Jerod'smost recent role is as Salesforce Recruiting Manager and Senior Salesforce Staffing Specialist at Tech2 Resources, a leader in Salesforce recruiting, which they started in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Technical Recruiter at Triple Crown from 2020 to 2021, where they handled talent acquisition for over 140 clients and specialized in recruiting for Senior level Hardware and Software Engineers. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Technical Recruiter at Procom, where they were responsible for recruiting on Information Technology requisitions. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Corporate Recruiter at Onboarding USA, where they handled Talent Acquisition for the company and was responsible for full life cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire openings. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Hotel Manager at Hilton, where they managed all aspects of the hotel, including recruiting and hiring new employees, security, Food and Beverage stations, and handling all the money from cash registers.
