Michael Jones is an experienced professional in the fields of network engineering and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Network Engineer at Tech3 since February 2022, Michael has also contributed to the Cybersecurity Help Desk Project at Intellectual Point, designed to enhance the capabilities of IT Help Desk technicians in cybersecurity. Prior to these roles, Michael worked at American Help Desk, focusing on remote technical support, and held positions that required expertise in operating heavy equipment and mechanical systems during tenure at Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. and the US Navy, where responsibilities included equipment maintenance and team supervision. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity Information & Assurance from Western Governors University and holds a certification in Business Administration from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
