Rahul Parthe

Rahul Parthe is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the biometrics and identity solutions sector. Currently serving as Chairman and Co-founder of Tech5.ai since July 2018, Rahul also acts as a Strategic Advisor at PassiveBolt, focusing on biometric binding and decentralized identity. As the Founder and President of RA Parthe LLC since June 2012, Rahul specializes in technology consulting. Previously, from May 2013 to December 2022, Rahul held the role of Chief Technology Officer at PT. International Biometrics Indonesia, leading product development and strategy for multimillion-dollar intellectual property. At IDEMIA from August 2005 to June 2012, Rahul managed key projects such as the Indonesia National ID and worked on the India UIDAI AADHAAR project. Educational qualifications include an MSEE in image processing and biometrics from West Virginia University and a BE in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
