Olanrewaju Ayoola Bankole has gained extensive work experience in the banking and FinTech sectors. Olanrewaju Ayoola started their professional journey as a National Youth Service Corp Member at the University of Benin in 2014. Olanrewaju Ayoola then joined Access Bank Plc, where they worked as a Contact Centre Inbound Voice Agent, handling customer complaints and achieving a high conversion rate through up-selling and cross-selling. Olanrewaju later served as an Analyst in E-banking Operations & Support Service, conducting research, and developing internal software. Olanrewaju Ayoola also held the position of Team Lead in the same department, establishing client relationships, coordinating with other departments, and implementing cost-saving measures.

After their tenure at Access Bank, Olanrewaju moved on to Bundle Africa, where they initially served as a Customer Experience Specialist. Olanrewaju Ayoola promptly responded to customer inquiries, resolved disputes, and maintained high customer satisfaction rates. Olanrewaju Ayoola was then promoted to the role of Customer Experience Shift Lead, where they monitored the team's CSAT ratings, identified root causes of negative ratings, and provided feedback to improve the customer experience and process flows.

Most recently, Olanrewaju joined Bloc as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they support customers with API integration, guides them through relevant use cases, and drives growth, retention, and lifetime value.
