Andleeb Riaz

Andleeb Riaz has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and people operations. Andleeb has held various roles in different companies, starting their career in 2016 as a Senior Recruitment Executive and Head of Talent Acquisition at Salman Zafar International. Andleeb later joined DVIZ as a Technical Recruiting Manager, Manager of Employee Well-Being, Organizational Psychologist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2021, they worked at Izconsultants as a Lead Talent Partner, and in Trella as a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2023, they joined Techanah as the Head of People Operations. Throughout their career, Andleeb has exhibited expertise in recruiting and talent management.

Andleeb Riaz obtained a Diploma in Laughter Therapy from the International Council of Professional Therapist ICPT in London, UK from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they received a Diploma in Career Exploration/Awareness Skills from the University of Toronto. Andleeb also holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Punjab, which was completed in 2016. Additionally, they obtained an MS Top Up in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from the University of Melbourne from 2013 to 2014. Andleeb has an IELTS certification from the British Council, which they obtained in March 2016.
