Srikanth Karra serves as the Chief Information Officer for Jefferson County Commission and Cooper Green Mercy Health Services since February 2018, overseeing IT strategy and governance. Srikanth holds multiple board positions, including membership on the Board of Directors for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama and Innovation Depot, and serves on the Executive Committee of TechBirmingham and the Neighborhood Housing Services of Birmingham. Past experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer for the City of Birmingham and the Clerk & Comptroller of Palm Beach County, as well as holding the role of CIO and Chief Operations Officer for Jefferson Health Systems. Srikanth's educational background includes degrees from Harvard Business School, Auburn University, and Bangalore University, along with leadership training from the National Association of Counties.
