Brett Heekin

Brett Heekin has a diverse background in finance and corporate development, with experiences spanning various industries. Brett began their career as the CFO at Fresh Tracks, where they served for five years. Brett then moved on to Duke Energy, where they worked as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Development, focusing on financial analysis and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. After their time at Duke Energy, they joined Ampac Packaging as the Director of Corporate Planning and Development, responsible for acquisitions, financial analysis, and budgeting. Brett's next role was at Hoist, where they served as the CFO. Currently, they are the President of TechBrite.

Brett Heekin has a BA in Economics from Duke University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Brett also completed an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2002 to 2004. Prior to their college education, they attended Summit Country Day from 1988 to 1992.
