Varsha Sharma

Varsha Sharma has a significant amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Varsha is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at TechBulls SoftTech Pvt Ltd since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at TRIARQ Health India from December 2021 to February 2023. From 2012 to 2017, Varsha held the position of Sr. Talent Acquisition HR at Lupin Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing recruitment at all levels, and overseeing campus placements. Varsha also has experience in payroll and operations as part of the Human Resources Team at Emerson from October 2010 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Johnson Controls from February 2009 to October 2010 and as a Human Resources Trainee at Cummins India from May 2007 to February 2009. At Cummins, they launched a successful campus recruitment project and received recognition for their contribution to HR. Varsha Sharma has a diverse education history. Varsha began their academic journey in 1999 and completed their 10th and 12th grade education in International Business/Trade/Commerce at St. Joseph's Convent Ratlam. Afterward, they pursued higher education and obtained a Diploma of Education in Customer Service Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning between 2006 and 2007. In the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
