Mayank Maggon has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Mayank is the Founder, CEO & CTO of TechChefz, a company they started in 2017. Mayank is also the Co-Founder & CTO of DWAO - Digital Web Analytics and Optimization, which they started in the same year. Mayank has worked as a Chief Technology Officer at FWRD since 2023 and as a Director of Enterprise Solutions at Successive Digital since 2021. Mayank also served as the Community Director at CXCommunity from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Mayank has worked as a Freelance AEM/Scrum Consultant & Trainer, providing training and consultation services on various technology stacks. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Lead at SapientNitro, a Technical Project Manager at e-bee, and a Technical Lead at SDG Corporation. Mayank began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at InterGlobe Technologies.

Mayank Maggon earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Lingaya's Institute of Management and Technology, Faridabad, from 2005 to 2009. Mayank completed their CBSE 12th from D.A.V. Public School, Sector-14, Faridabad, from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Mount Carmel School, Anand Niketan, New Delhi, between 1990 and 1998. Mayank later pursued a Post Graduate degree in Sales & Marketing Communication from MICA | The School of Ideas, from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Technology Leadership & Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2023.
