Thanh Vu

Thanh Vu is a data scientist at Techcom Securities, where a bond recommendation model was engineered to enhance customer experience by identifying preferred bond tickers. Prior experience includes serving as a data analyst at FiinGroup, where an advanced ETL system was designed, and machine learning solutions for risk management were developed, benefiting a database of over 2 million Vietnamese companies. Thanh has also worked as a research assistant at the Sustainable Structural System Lab, applying knowledge in structural materials and machine learning to predict concrete strength, and as a project management engineer at Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam Co., Ltd., planning and coordinating multiple projects. Educational credentials include master’s degrees in data science from Harbour.Space University and the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, as well as a master’s degree in civil engineering from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology.
