Lita Rosalia

Lita Rosalia is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the People Proposition & Acquisition Group Head at Sinarmas Mining since January 2024. Lita co-founded PT Okular Kreasi Artaguna in January 2018, providing advisory services. Previously, Lita held significant roles at GoTo Group, where leadership in talent acquisition and employer branding spanned multiple countries, and at Tokopedia, overseeing recruitment across Indonesia, Singapore, and India. Lita’s career also includes senior positions in recruitment at McKinsey & Company and BP, enhancing organizational learning and development in the Asia Pacific region. Lita's professional journey began in executive search at Quinnox Solutions and involved recruitment and HR functions at IBM, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
