Alex Hung Nguyen

Alex Hung Nguyen is a seasoned professional in product and technology leadership, currently serving as the VP of Product & Technology at TECHCOOP since December 2024, where focus lies on initializing a new platform for scaling. Previously, from September 2021 to September 2024, Alex held the position of Head of Engineering at GalaxyOne Company Limited, leading software engineering teams to innovate in sectors such as Healthcare, Fintech, and E-commerce. Alex's earlier roles include Director of Software Engineering at SmartOSC, where development of fintech solutions was emphasized, and Head of Delivery at CMC Saigon Technology & Solution, focusing on enterprise solutions in the BFSI sector. A strong background in consumer lending technology was refined as Sr. Software Development Manager at Abakus Group, coordinating projects across multiple countries. Alex holds a BSc in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and a BA in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
