Alex Wilharm is an energetic and people-focused Human Resource Professional. He has a strong background in recruitment and scaling teams, coaching and performance management, and employee engagement. His most recent experience includes rapidly scaling early-stage startups and standing up their HR functions, including overseeing internal recruitment. Additionally, he has extensive experience in talent acquisition across an array of functions and industries, helping to scale teams in customer service, operations, and sales, as well as the recruitment of individuals across technology, financial, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. His early career prepared him for the demands and pace of evolving companies, where he excelled in recruiting and coaching high-functioning teams for eight years in Division 1 college athletics.
