Terry Matherne

Terry Matherne is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in administration and education. Since March 2003, Terry has served as a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching healthcare-related courses with an emphasis on health care law and ethics. Terry currently holds the position of Assistant Administrator and Operations at Teche Regional Medical Center, while also serving as the MLT Program Director at Fletcher Technical Community College since January 2019. In addition, Terry has been the Senior Director of Operations at Teche Regional Medical Center since October 2011, fulfilling Chief Operations Officer responsibilities. Previous roles include Laboratory Director at Nicholls State University and Vice President at Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital. Terry holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Nicholls State University, along with certification in Health Care Compliance from HCCA.
