Michael Guthammar

Michael Guthammar is an experienced finance professional and entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of roles in various companies. As the owner of Windeye Partners since December 2005, Michael provides business and intellectual property valuations, corporate finance advisory, and guidance on mergers and acquisitions. Michael is also an adjunct professor of finance at Stevens Institute of Technology, teaching graduate courses in corporate finance and financial decision-making. Other advisory roles include positions at TechFinanceCFO, Pzaz TV, HIE of One, and Balanced Business Advisors, where expertise spans e-commerce, health information technology, and business consulting. Additionally, Michael serves as a senior advisor at Lenox Hill Capital Advisors and as a partner at PME Capital, focusing on capital acquisition for business growth.
