Karmen Wong

Karmen Wong is a product designer specializing in enterprise tools and service design, focused on transforming complex operational workflows. They currently serve as the UX Design Lead at Tech Fleet, where they lead a team on an open-source audio-first platform for collectives. Karmen has previously held positions as a Product Designer II at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they enhanced the omnichannel experience for custom golf products, and as a UX Designer at KW Designs, contributing to the Minder app. They also completed a design internship at Harvard Business School Publishing and participated in design fellowship programs at Avocademy. Karmen earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
