Maks Sokolov

Maks Sokolov is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Product Design Lead at Deluxe since August 2022, Maks specializes in product design within the Payments space, focusing on building design systems and nurturing junior talent. Prior to Deluxe, Maks held the same role at Bankrate, where responsibilities included developing an authenticated experience and modernizing the design system. Maks's experience also includes a Senior Product Designer position at USAA and roles at Commonwealth//McCann, Walgreens, Select Rehabilitation, Prologue, and AIGA Chicago, progressively enhancing digital user experiences and design solutions. Maks holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained in 2012.
