Gregory Gray

Gregory Gray, PMP, currently serves as Field Quality Manager at TechFlow, Inc., a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Gray was Region Director, Field Service Delivery for Smiths Detection, overseeing a large team of over 140 field service technicians across the Western United States, and fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence. With extensive experience in service management, Gray has held positions such as District Service Manager for both Smiths Detection and Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included leading teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional leadership experience includes Vice President at Burtronics Business Systems and various managerial roles at Lanier Worldwide, where Gray managed significant teams and revenue goals. Gray holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Studies - Organizational Management from Brandman University.
