John Darling

John Darling has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. John currently holds the position of Director of Field Optimization and Quality at TechFlow, Inc. Prior to this, John worked at Smiths Detection as the Regional Field Service Manager, where they coached and managed a team of 27 staff members. John also implemented key performance indicators and improved operational performance.

Before joining Smiths Detection, John worked at Morpho Detection, LLC as the Supervisor of Field Operations. John successfully led a team through a site redesign project and re-energized the Los Angeles airport. Additionally, John served as a Tech Support Engineer and Field Service Engineer during their time at Morpho Detection, where they developed best practice programs and led projects across the US and Canada.

John's earlier experience includes working as a Site Lead at Ryan International Airlines and serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for unit flight operations. Overall, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and a track record of improving operational efficiency in various roles throughout their career.

John Darling attended Aquinas College - Grand Rapids from 2006 to 2009, where they received a BSBA degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they studied Electronics Engineering Technology at the University of Arkansas Grantham and obtained an ASEET degree.
