Mark Carter

Mark Carter serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of TechFlow, Inc. since August 2016, where leadership encompasses day-to-day operations across various domains including digital services and logistics for government and commercial clients. Previously, Mark held notable positions at Leidos, including Vice President/Deputy Operations Manager and Vice President/Division Manager, overseeing significant revenue growth and program execution. Additionally, Mark has extensive experience at SAIC, progressing from Transportation Engineer to Vice President, focusing on business development and managing profit and loss centers. Mark holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.
