DJ Baker is a national construction and facility management leader with extensive experience transforming how multi-location brands build, scale, and maintain their assets. Currently, DJ serves as the President of DTB CO. LLC and The Firm Facility Services, and as a Board Member for TechFluent, a nonprofit focused on reducing income inequality in the tech industry. In 2024, DJ took on the role of President and Chief Development Officer at FFS National Painting & Drywall, a nationwide minority-owned vendor committed to high-quality customer service and project delivery.
