TechFluent is a non-profit organization supported by volunteers in the technology industry. Our mission is to provide mentorship and training on Microsoft's Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. We connect participants to available jobs within the tech industry. 

TechFluent recognizes that to be successful in any role that both technical skills and soft skills are crucial. We spend an equal amount of time developing both, and when paired with our passionate mentors and trainers, learners gain access to a wealth of resources and knowledge.

The Learning and Development team at TechFluent is dedicated to cultivating both the technical and soft skills of participants. This team, consisting of the Learner Success Manager, Trainer Manager, and a network of mentors and industry coaches, ensures that every learner receives personalized guidance, high-quality training on Microsoft's Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and essential career coaching. Their collaborative efforts help bridge the gap between education and employment, empowering individuals from under-resourced communities to succeed in the tech industry.

Learning and Development

The Administrative Team at TechFluent ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by managing day-to-day activities. The IT Manager oversees the technology infrastructure and resolves technical issues, the Treasurer handles financial planning and budget management, and the Executive Assistant supports executives by coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications. Together, they enable the organization to focus on its mission of training and mentoring future tech leaders.
