Ryan Carolan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Currently, Ryan serves as the Independent D365 Recruiter and founder of Bond Patrick since March 2021, specializing in sourcing and retaining D365 talent for North American partners and end-users. Ryan has also contributed as a Mentor/Coach at TechFluent since July 2023 and previously operated as a Global Talent Partner at Microsoft, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion recruitment within the Customer Success division. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Capax RM, where Ryan held various leadership roles, including Partner and Director of Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform - North America, establishing a robust presence in the US market. Ryan's early career included professional soccer playing for Crystal Palace Football Club and representing the Republic of Ireland at the U18 and U19 levels. Education was completed at Loughborough University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.

TechFluent is a non-profit organization supported by volunteers in the technology industry. Our mission is to provide mentorship and training on Microsoft's Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. We connect participants to available jobs within the tech industry. TechFluent recognizes that to be successful in any role that both technical skills and soft skills are crucial. We spend an equal amount of time developing both, and when paired with our passionate mentors and trainers, learners gain access to a wealth of resources and knowledge.
