Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper is an experienced technology and information systems leader with a diverse background spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as an Adviser at both IBRS and TechForce Services since August 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Director of Technology & Information Systems at The College of Law Australia, where responsibilities included leading digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at the NSW Department of Customer Service, University of Sydney, and Catholic Education Office, Parramatta, with a focus on project management, strategic governance, and technology implementation. Andrew holds an Executive MBA from the University of Sydney and legal and computer science degrees from UNSW.
