Dan Vorhaus

Dan Vorhaus is an experienced legal and corporate executive, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Ostro since January 2022. Vorhaus is also a founding member of The L Suite, a peer community for Chief Legal Officers. Previously, Vorhaus held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Managing Counsel and Associate General Counsel, advising on matters related to asset development, cybersecurity, data management, and intellectual property. Vorhaus has a background in genomics law and ethics, having contributed to various projects and publications, including serving as an ELSI advisor for Harvard Medical School's Personal Genome Project. Vorhaus's academic credentials include a JD from Harvard Law School and dual bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Computer Science from Duke University.
