Danielle Levine

Danielle Levine is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as General Counsel at Hudson MX since September 2021, Danielle is a key member of the executive management team overseeing company-wide legal affairs and human resources. Prior to this, Danielle co-founded and led Spiritú as CEO, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives for a successful e-commerce platform. Danielle's experience also includes positions at FabFitFun, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and teaching at FIDM, highlighting a strong background in intellectual property, business development, and legal compliance. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University.
