Devang Shah

Devang Shah is currently the General Counsel at Weee! with a robust legal background spanning multiple industries. Previously, Devang served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Zynga, where they were the principal legal advisor to the CEO and the executive team. They have also held key legal positions at UTStarcom and Chiron Corporation, focusing on strategic transactions, corporate governance, and litigation. Devang is a founding member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels. They earned a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and advanced degrees in Engineering from Stanford University and Cornell University.
