Matthew Cullen is a seasoned public company executive currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Life360, where they lead the legal team and manage various corporate governance and compliance matters. Previously, they held significant roles including Co-Head of Global M&A and Integrations at Expedia Group, where they oversaw acquisitions exceeding $10 billion. Matthew has also contributed as a Board Member at both Porticus RE and Homeowners of America Insurance Company.
