A. Scott Tinkham serves as the General Counsel and Secretary for Agricen and Agricen Sciences since July 2012, contributing to the development of biologically derived solutions that enhance plant health and nutrition, as well as leading research in microbial and biochemical innovations. Additional roles include General Counsel and Secretary for Tenfold Holdings, LLC and a member of TechGC, a peer community for technology general counsels. Previous experiences encompass positions such as General Counsel at upublic, Senior Director and Legal Counsel at Affinion Group, and Senior Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. A. Scott Tinkham earned a JD from The University of Texas at Austin and an AB in History from Duke University.
