Brendan Witherell

Brendan Witherell is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Polly since March 2022 and is also a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Prior to their current roles, Brendan worked at Travelers from August 2014 to March 2022 as Senior Counsel - Contracts & Technology Legal, where Brendan focused on business-savvy legal advice related to technology, data, privacy, and intellectual property rights. Brendan has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Western New England University School of Law and has held senior corporate counsel positions at Fiserv and Open Solutions. Brendan began legal career as an Associate at Robinson & Cole LLP and served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Connecticut Appellate Court. Brendan holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
