Darya Pollack

Darya Pollack serves as Senior Director and Senior Associate General Counsel at Compass, leading customer contracting, commercial contracting, business affairs, and real estate legal functions while acting as general counsel for a subsidiary group focused on alternative industries in real estate. Darya has previously held positions at Compass as Senior Counsel and Counsel, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts and overseeing corporate subsidiary management. Additionally, Darya is a Charter Member of TechGC, a community for Deputy General Counsels. Prior legal experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP and Itkowitz PLLC, as well as a legal intern at Sony Corporation of America. Darya holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.
