Margaux Knee

Margaux Knee is the Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary, and General Counsel for LinkNYC, where they oversee legal, government, and community affairs, as well as corporate governance. With over a dozen years of experience in representing startups and tech companies, Margaux has held various significant roles, including advisory positions at Celmatix and Twentyeight Health, and served as an associate at top law firms such as Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Margaux is also an adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law and a board member at GrowNYC. They continue to pursue advanced studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of Southern California Law School, and Vassar College.
