Matthew Souza

Matthew Souza serves as the General Counsel and VP at Wrapbook since March 2022, also holding the position of Charter Member at TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Prior to these roles, Souza accumulated extensive legal experience at Zillow from March 2018 to February 2022, where positions included Senior Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. Early career experiences include a role as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP, alongside various internships and consulting positions in organizations like Bracewell LLP, Intel Corporation, and Puget Sound Energy. Souza holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law, an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Whitman College.
