Mehgan Peetz

Mehgan Peetz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Neos Partners and a member of the TechGC community, Mehgan has held significant roles including Corporate Designee to the Board of Directors at the Solar Energy Industries Association and Chief Legal Officer at Shoals Technologies Group, where contributions included piloting a $1.9 billion IPO. Previously, Mehgan has worked as Deputy General Counsel at SmileDirectClub, Executive - Commercial Counsel at GE, and as an Associate at Ropes and Gray and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance. Mehgan holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
