Michael McKnight

Michael McKnight is an accomplished legal professional serving as General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Aether Management Group, Inc. since May 2022. With a focus on legal and compliance affairs, McKnight is a member of the Senior Executive Team, overseeing corporate governance, complex commercial transactions, and various compliance matters. Prior to this role, McKnight held the position of VP & Chief Counsel at TTEC, providing legal support for technology and consulting services from 2007 to 2022. Earlier career experiences include serving as Senior Counsel at HSBC Bank, Attorney and Compliance Manager at Zimmer Medical Devices, and Attorney at Accenture. McKnight began legal career as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor with Honors from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from New College of Florida. McKnight is also an active member of the TechGC community, facilitating knowledge sharing among General Counsel.
