Niki Armstrong

Niki Armstrong serves as the Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at Pure Storage, having held various titles, including Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and VP of Global Employment Law, since July 2017. In addition to this role, Niki holds a position on the Board of Directors at Notre Dame High School of Los Angeles and is a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsel. Previously, Niki was a member of Chief, an organization aimed at advancing women in leadership, and has extensive experience in employment law, including roles at Nutanix, Bespoke Employment Law Strategies, and various technology companies. Niki began legal practice as an Associate Attorney at Phillips Spallas & Angstadt and gained experience in employment law as part of a senior counsel team at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. Niki holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
