Rory Douglas

Rory Douglas is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Managing Counsel at Semperis since November 2022 and as a DeputyGC Member at TechGC, an exclusive peer community for in-house legal counsels. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Commercial Counsel at Uniphore, Senior Legal Counsel at Mirakl and Mimecast, and IT Negotiation Consultant at UpperEdge, LLC.
