Shelley Hall

Shelley Hall is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in corporate law and leadership roles. Currently on a sabbatical since May 2024, Shelley holds positions as an Executive Board Member at TechGC and a Steering Committee Member at Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership. As a Founding Member and Beta User at The Fourth Effect, Shelley contributes to democratizing access to board seats and funding for women leaders and startup founders. Previously, Shelley served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at NetBrain Technologies Inc., guiding legal and risk strategies for a global software company, and held similar roles at K2 and Micro Focus. With a law degree from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University, Shelley has also practiced as a shareholder at Stokes Lawrence and as an associate at major law firms.
