Susan Sher currently serves as VP, Head of Legal at Pano AI, a tech startup focused on early wildfire detection, since September 2023. In addition, Susan is a member of TechGC, a peer community for general counsels. Prior to these roles, Susan held various legal positions at Meta from October 2019 to July 2023, including Director and Associate General Counsel in both Product and Commercial Legal functions. Earlier experience includes directing the commercial legal team at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and serving as Associate General Counsel at Facebook. Susan began her legal career at Cooley LLP, where counseling technology companies on transactions was a primary focus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Caltech and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
