Ganna Makarkina is the CEO and Founder of TechHope Transitions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in response to the challenges faced by women and girls in Ukraine due to the ongoing war. With extensive experience in program management and technical roles, Ganna serves as the Director of Program Management and Technical Program Manager at BCMProfessionals, and previously held positions as a Software QA Engineer at StaffWizard, QA Tester at Ridex Inc, and Software QA Analyst at V-Technologies. Ganna holds a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Donetsk National University and a PhD in Mathematical Methods, Models, and Information Technologies in Economics from the Institute of Industrial Economics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
