Layal Arikat

Layal A. has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Layal began their career in 2005 as a Front Desk Supervisor at Ayres Hotels of Southern California. In 2007, they moved to Fairmont Newport Beach as a Guest Relations Officer/Front Desk Supervisor. Layal was promoted to Business Travel Sales Coordinator in 2010 and Business Travel Sales Manager in 2015. In 2015, Layal also began working as a Corporate Travel Sales Manager for Commune Hotels + Resorts. Layal then moved to Hyatt Place as a Task Force Human Resources Manager in 2017 and to The Estate Yountville ~ Hotel Villagio & Vintage House in 2018 in the same role. In 2016, Layal joined Interstate Hotels & Resorts as a Human Resources. Most recently, in 2021, Layal became the Director of Operations at TechiEvolve Global IT Solutions, providing detailed services in website development, web design, digital marketing and solutions.

Layal A. attended Orange Coast College from 2005 to 2007, where they received an Associate of Arts (A.A.). Layal then went on to California State University, Long Beach from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Foodservice and Hotel Management.
